Employee Benefits

Swiss Farms provides a wide range of benefit programs to eligible employees.  Eligibility for each benefit program depends on a variety of factors. While some of the benefit programs we offer may require you to contribute to the cost, many programs are fully paid by Swiss Farm Stores. The following benefit programs are available to eligible full time employees, subject to terms and conditions of each program:

Holidays

Swiss Farms gives paid holiday time off to all full time eligible employees on the following holidays:

 * New Year’s Day
 * Easter Sunday (Good Friday for Corporate)
 * Memorial Day 
 * Independence Day 
 * Labor Day
 * Thanksgiving Day
 * Christmas Day

Part-time hourly employees who work on a designated holiday will receive one and one-half times their regular hourly rate for hours worked.   

Employee Referral Program

Swiss Farm Stores is always looking for good people, and you can help. Research has shown, and our own experience supports this, that new hires that come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are a more cost effective recruit.

That's where you come in! If a current employee knows  someone who would be a good addition to Swiss Farm Stores  Management team and that person meets the qualifications for an existing open Manager Position, it may be worth $500.00 if they  refer him/her for employment and they are hired!

Refer candidates who meet the qualifications to Human Resources.  If your candidate is hired you will be awarded $500.00 within 30 days of their hire date!
